Lord Simon has issued a decree, as of late. He instructed me to inform everyone that he is quite disappointed by the lack of affection given to him by his fans. As directly quoted from His Corrputness, "If no one's going to show me how much they love me, I'll just have to end their planets along with this stupid club!!"
